Description
Inexpensive and solid option when bolting hand rims to the drive wheel.
The screw is made of galvanised steel and is therefore corrosion-resistant. It has a cylinder head with a hexagon socket and can be mounted with a 4 mm Allen key. The necessary and maximum tightening torque of the bolt is specified by the manufacturer of the hand rim or the wheel - depending on the component into which the bolt is screwed. As a rule, the maximum tightening torque is around 5 Nm. We strongly recommend that you inform yourself about the permissible torque and use a torque spanner to ensure that the bolts are securely seated and that the threads are not damaged.
The screws have a very high strength (strength class 10.9). This ensures that you cannot easily damage the thread or the hexagon.
The screws are shiny silver.
