No compromises in terms of durability, weight and appearance when bolting push rims with threaded inserts to the Tauwerk Delight wheels!
The titanium screw is made of high-strength grade 5 titanium. It is extremely corrosion resistant and weighs only about half of a comparable steel screw.
It has a hexagon socket and can be mounted with a 4 mm Allen key. The necessary and maximum tightening torque of the bolt is specified by the handrim manufacturer. As a rule, the maximum tightening torque is 5 Nm. We strongly recommend the use of a torque wrench to ensure a secure fit of the bolts and to avoid damaging the handrim threads.
The screws are available in black, silver, gold and blue. Choose between cylindrical or conical screw heads.
For a set of Tauwerk Delight drive wheels, 12 screws are required.
When using Carbolife hand rims, the screws can be used with both 7 mm and 14 mm hand rim spacers. When using other handrims, please check the required screw length beforehand.
